We had an excellent service visit from the Emergency Road Service dept to tune up a few random issues. Door popping open, stove not lighting, ect. Excellent, top notch, efficient service from Juan. Did a fabulous job on everything. Could not be more pleased with the customer service and our new RV

Purchased the 2026 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 265BH from Broadmoor RV in Pasco, WA at the end of the season. I felt we got a very good deal. Since we got it at the end of the season we won’t be using it starting next season, 2027. Overall the travel trailer is very nice, well constructed and good quality. There are a few things I thought could be improved: power stabilizers instead of manual scissor jacks, a battery disconnect switch, and coat rack/hooks in the main bedroom area. The power outlets in the main bedroom could also include USB ports. All in all it is a very nice travel trailer that we are looking forward to using.

We picked up our Jayce Jayflight SXL 211 mb in September and are not able to use it yet. We are very excited for next year. The quality of the trailer looks great. Our Dealer was Sicard’s in Smithville Ontario. Was thoroughly impressed with our sales lady and the other staff there. One little complaint though with the trailer is, the first drawer is short because of the kitchen sink plumbing. But all you had to do is cut that drawer a little shorter and you get a full drawer. That was my first project. I now have a full depth drawer that fits under the plumbing Brian

Friendly and informative staff. Scheduled appointments were on time and we were treated well enough to make us want to go back.
